PrintDraft On-Street Pay and Display Parking Bye-Laws 2011
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 101 of the Road Traffic Act 1961 (no. 24 of 1961) as amended by Section 6 of the Road Traffic Act 1968 (No. 25 of 1968) pursuant to section 36 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 (no. 7 of 1994). Kilrush Town Council in exercise of the powers vested in it by these Acts intends to make On-Street Pay and Display Parking Bye-Laws 2011 in respect of parking vehicles on public roads within the functional area of Kilrush .
The Draft Bye-Laws will go on display on the 24th June, 2011 and a copy of same may be inspected at the offices of Kilrush Town Council during normal office hours from Friday 24th June, 2011 to Monday 25th July, 2011 or below:
Submissions in relation to the draft bye-laws may be made in writing on or before Tuesday , 9th August, 2011 to the:
Town Clerk,
Town Hall,
Market Square,
Kilrush.
A copy of the draft Bye-Laws may be purchased at the offices of Kilrush Town Council, Town Hall, Kilrush, at a cost of €1.00.
