Kilrush Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann
The Summer Seisiuns continue each Wednesday night in Teach Cheoil, Grace Street, Kilrush during July and August at 9:00 p.m. The event consists of an hour-long stage show, followed by an informal session with audience participation. Tea and Coffee will be served. All are invited to come along.
Nostra Programme
The West Clare Cluster is committed to encouraging and supporting lay involvement in Church by providing opportunities to think, reflect and discuss issues of life, faith and meaning. Last year the NOSTRA was offered as a pilot project and the response was very positive. 27 people took part in the programme. A second programme has therefore been organised to begin October 2010. There are brochures at each door, please take one if you are interested.
Cycle in Aid of Bóthar
Fr. Gerard Byrne from Corby in England will cycle through the 32 counties of Ireland in support of the development aid agency, Bóthar. He will clock up 1,100 miles. Bóthar use livestock to help poor families to reach and maintain better living conditions. If you would like to support Fr. Gerard’s efforts you can do so through: Ulster Bank Limerick. Sort Code: 98-60-20. A/c Number 28225049. Mark donation 32 County Cycle’. Alternatively donations can be mailed to Bóthar, Fundraising Projects Office, Tubbercurry, Co Sligo.
Bag Packing in Aid of St. Senan’s Church Restoration Fund
Volunteers are needed for Bag Packing in Super Valu on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st July. Please contact The Parish Office at (065) 9051093 to put your name down.

The West Clare Community Services Programme is having its next Tea Dance today at the Quilty Tavern from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Music by Patsy Downes.

Handball and Raquet Ball Tournaments
The West Clare Community Services Programme and St. Senan’s Raquet and Ball Club in Kilrush are organising tournaments in both sports. If you are interested in participating (particularly over 55’s) please reserve a place with Debbie at Tel. 065 9062587.
Celebrate Good Neighbourliness
