Notice is hereby given that pursuant Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 & Section 200 of the Local Government Act 2001 and all other enabling powers, Kilrush Town Council has made the Kilrush Town Council (Parking Places ) Bye-Laws 2011.
In accordance with Section 36(3) (b) (iv) of the Road Traffic Act 1994 a copy of the Bye-Laws may be purchased or inspected at the offices of Kilrush Town Council, Town Hall, Kilrush, County Clare between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Friday. The Bye-Laws may also be downloaded below:
The Bye-Laws will come into effect on 10th October 2011.
The Bye-Laws apply to the Administrative Area of Kilrush Town Council & do not apply to the Administrative areas of Clare County Council.
